Tyler, the Creator’s Tycoons, which is now the world’s biggest private zoo, is about to open its first showroom in Richmond, Virginia.
The facility will be located in the old zoo building in Richmond’s Richmond Park neighborhood, which the company acquired from the zoo in 2010.
The company will begin the construction process in the coming months, which includes the addition of an additional five full-time employees to its staff of more than 500, with additional space available for guests.
The expansion of the zoo is expected to generate $200 million in revenue annually, according to Tyler, who also plans to add a new outdoor theater to the complex.
The new location will be the company’s first in the United States, and it will serve as a major hub for zoo patrons in Richmond.
The first show will be in the spring, and Tyler says that it will be open to the public beginning on June 5, 2019.
It will take the zoo just two months to complete the construction of the new facility, which will be completed in time for the zoo’s 40th anniversary in 2019.
“It will be a huge opportunity for the company, for the community and for the city of Richmond,” Tyler said.
“As we grow, we’re going to take it further and further into our future.
We’ll see where it takes us.
We’re not stopping at just one location.”
The company is already planning to build two new facilities in Virginia, including a new expansion in the Washington, D.C. area.
Tyler said that the expansion is in line with the company a commitment to expand its footprint and increase its revenue.
“We’ve been very clear with our investors that we will continue to invest in this business and we’re very excited to have the Richmond Zoo as a permanent home,” Tyler told Business Insider.
“This is going to be our headquarters in the future, and we really hope that Richmond is a part of that.”
The zoo will also be a hub for the Richmond Food Bank.
Tyler says he hopes that the food bank will become an even bigger draw for the park.
“I think that the people who live in the city, the people that visit the zoo, will really become part of the community,” Tyler added.
But at the same time, it will also help the food banks to be able to support people that can’t afford to feed themselves.”
